Hello there... It's a common problem with kids at this age ... All you can do is get the loose teeth removed n follow the post operative instructions given by a pediatric dentist to align the teeth properly in a arch...
Take care ...!!
Hi.. It's a most common problem with kids as they don't use their front teeth to bite harder foods. As a result milk teeth do not fall and permanent starts coming from back side of the milk teeth. Visit dentist and get them removed. It can be corrected following extraction.
At this age it is common that milk (deciduous) teeth will be replaced by permanent teeth.
And as you said its a loose tooth so its better to get it removed as soon as possible.
The tooth erupting will take its own place.
This is very common in mixed dentition stage,if the milk teeth r retained for long time leads to zigzag teeth, it is always good to remove milk teeth which is obstructing permanent one pl visit ur dentist
Remedy to ur child's problem is, Get the older tooth extracted , n new emerged tooth will come right place itself as the older tooth that's about to fall is displacing the new emerging tooth....
