Hello, my daughter who is 6.5 years old has got her new tooth started to grow while the old one is still intact. As of now it's just one tooth has this problem(the one in front lower row) Please suggest what to do?

If milk tooth don't falls within next few days. ..Visit nearby dentist .since if doesn't fall, the permanent tooth may erupt at unusual place, ,which may lead to crowding of teeth. ..

The problem your child is facing is very common nowadays. Reason being intake of soft food items. Kindly encourage your kid to have apple or guava.

This is not a very uncommon finding and should not worry you..... if the old milk tooth does not shed in the next few weeks, you should visit a dentist and get it removed so that the erupting permanent tooth can erupt in line..... Regards.....

Treatment depends on position of newly coming tooth n mobility of milk tooth. U can wait for few days to see if milk tooth is moving or can show a dentist who can guide u better.
