Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have severe pain in the gums in my second tooth lower right side. Dentist took X-rays and said it looks ok. He said that gum is so swollen and red. He did cold test and I felt cold and it was there for dew seconds and subsided. He did cleaning on tooth with SRP as I had bad plaque yellow buildup on that tooth. I have more pain after that SRP cleaning. Other gums are not painful but this tooth gum is very painful and throbbing around the gums margin in that tooth. Do I have any infection or crack in that tooth? This gum is painful for about more than an year now. Same pain but dentist keep saying it looks ok in xray. Gum pain on that tooth  since 2021. What should I do next on this tooth to get some pain relief? My dentist grinded down that tooth since he sees some high hitting spots on that tooth. He grinded few times. I still feel no changes and same pain.

My 9 year old Daughter is having Protruding teeth in upper front end. And lower jaw is in irregular shape. Doesn't look good and while smiling full teeth is visible. What may be the reason and what to do?kindly guide.

I have extracted my lower first molar July'22. I have jaw pain for 3 years now And this molar was painful for tapping and biting pressure.So they said that tooth could be the reason for my jaw pain and extracted it. Had cbct scans and it didn't show anything wrong on that tooth. I had removed that tooth and unfortunately it didn't help. My symptoms remains the same. I have pain in second molar lower gums now. Severe throbbing pain on that gum and gum swollen. Took X-rays and ok. Dentist did SRP for tartar buildup. Still it's very painful in the gums of that tooth only. Other teeth gums were fine. I had SRP for right side of the mouth. I have some soreness in #46 gums also. But severe pain in #47 gum. I have to remove the white hard bump thing on my gum which is there for 9 months now after the extraction. Can I do the bone fragment removal on that socket when the gum is painful? The bone fragment is on the gum. Can we remove it when the gum is sore from SRP. SRP done yesterday.

I have a seveir  pain in my teeth I went to a dentist near me she done xray and recommended to remove both upper and lower(right)side wisdom teeth and she said you have complcations because the teeth is near the nerveand she said  you feel numb sometimes or may be  permanently iam scared can you please help where I have to go for further treatment

My son is having toothache due to cavity. Which medicine should I administer. Gave him Ibugesic plus 4 hrs ago

Can gingivitis/periodontitis or bleeding gums cause swollen lymph nodes in neck level 5b? My Left posterior triangle lymphnode measures 10.5 mm x 4.2 mm. I have bleeding gums my gums look black and when i press my chin and jaw my gums bleed i have no pain but left side lymphnode is enlarged and pain i have started taking augmentin 625 and now i have no blood in gums and no pain in lymph node but it is still swollen a bit

Facial swelling problem in my left side of my mouth without any pain it's a 2/3 year old case pls answer me doctor why my left side face swell

Hello Doctors, I can't afford braces or aligners. Is there any other option except this to straighten teeth? Because my teeth is coming forward day by day and it looks very strange to see myself and I can't even laugh properly. Can a daily exercise of closing mouth helps in straightening teeth because I take breath through mouth while sleeping and I know it's the main reason of teeth coming forward. Please reply me Doctors I don't have any other option that's why I'm asking. 🙏

Does scaling of the teeth weakens the teeth..? I have yellow lining alongside of gums. Should i get it done regularly..?
