Hi, Kindly make a visit to nearest dentist to get the problem checked whether it is due to cavity or formation of gap bw teeth due to loosening of gums. Get an xray done that will decide the course of treatment Till then use mouthwash and toothpaste for senstivity

A month, though, wouldn’t make much a difference in the size of the decay but sensitivity may increase. You could get anexamination done to know how urgent it is to get it filled.

Hi, Please avoid using toothpick. Get an X-Ray for the tooth that is causing problems. May require filling or may be root canal treatment.

Better to visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment (as required).
