Hi,
Post a wisdom tooth removal, avoid hot and spicy food for 24 hours. Have a soft diet for 2 days. Avoid chewing food on the side of the extraction for 4 days. You may develop a swelling on the day after the extraction. The swelling will subside in 7 days.
