It is the ulceration due to sharp tooth apply ointment and get it trimmed the sharp tooth later

I feel it’s a bite mark.. coz I do see a crush mark on the lower side.
Plz get your teeth examined for sharp cusps.
Otherwise also you must visit a dentist personally.
