From last 1 week I am having roughness on tip of tongue , no pain no problem while eating just a roughness please check Could it be cancer ? I am really worried Please see the attached photo ,aria is circled

Hello Sir, It may not be cancer can only be justified via clinical intaoral examination not by assessment of a photograph. It is suggestive to avoid any kind of spicy food , aerated drinks and to avoid any adverse habit for a week and see . As most of the time tongue heals by its own and it is self limiting.
