Cause of burning sensation are numerous, it can be due to physical , chemcal or thermal injury, or it can be due to irritation in that part of tongue, or it may be due to psychological or systemic issues .
Do visit a dentist to get a thorough physical examination done, by just looking at the picture it would not be correct to come to any conclusion.
Next Steps

It's important to note that a proper diagnosis can only be made after a thorough examination by a dentist or healthcare professional. We recommend scheduling an appointment with your dentist or an oral healthcare specialist who can evaluate your condition, review your medical history, and perform any necessary tests to determine the underlying cause.
In the meantime, you can try the following self-care measures to potentially alleviate the discomfort:
Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth and tongue gently with a soft-bristle toothbrush.
Avoid consuming hot, spicy, or acidic foods and beverages that may further irritate the tongue.
Rinse your mouth with a mild saltwater solution to help reduce inflammation.
Stay hydrated by drinking an adequate amount of water throughout the day.
It looks like inflammation of tongue.
Take multivitamin once a day.
Maintain oral hygiene.
Avoid too hot or spicy food items.
Increase intake of water.
