Burning in mouth and Bleeding tongue
I usually use Meswak toothpaste and had to use Colgate once because of some reasons. Now my mouth is burning and my tongue has ulcers on it. I am a regular smoker but stopped smoking after the issue started. It's been 2 days, I've taken 1 tablet of Folic Acid. The problem persists and no idea what to do next.

Hi! The burning and ulcer may be due to Miswak toothpaste or smoking withdrawal. You should avoid smoking, switch to a mild toothpaste like Colgate Sensitive, drink plenty of water, avoid spicy food, and do warm salt water rinses. You're already taking folic acid, which helps. Please share a clear picture of the ulcer for better advice.
