Dry mouth can be due to dehydration, stress, mouth breathing, or certain medications. Use a gentle, SLS-free toothpaste meant for dry mouth (with fluoride). Sip water frequently, avoid tobacco/caffeine, and chew sugar-free gum to stimulate saliva. If dryness persists for more than a few weeks or is associated with burning or ulcers, please consult a dentist for evaluation.

Hello, Dry mouth is often related to dehydration, stress, mouth breathing, or certain medications. You can use a mild, SLS-free fluoride toothpaste meant for sensitive mouths, as these are gentler and less drying. Drink water frequently, avoid excess caffeine/tobacco, and chewing sugar-free gum can help stimulate saliva. If dryness continues for a few months or worsens, it’s important to identify the cause and manage it accordingly.

Hello Dry mouth can sometimes be associated with stomach related problems or salivary gland problems. Kindly get a physical examination done once. Meanwhile keep drinking water in frequent intervals. No such toothpaste to treat dry mouth
