As per OPG there is not much bone loss.It can be managed by proper oral hygeine maintainance. Get Deep subgingival scaling and root planing done every 6 months. Brush twice daily. Do warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times a day atleast for 2 weeks. Rinse after every meal.

As per OPG attached the bone loss is within normal range.. nothing too severe your sister would only need regular scaling and oral hygiene practices at home.
Next Steps
Maintain oral hygiene and trauma to the area. Brush twice daily. Start warm saline rinses for a week three times a day.

Hi.. There is no bone loss, inflammation and soreness may be due to deposits present around the teeth. As your sister underwent scaling procedure from then she can maintain hygiene by brushing. Once hard deposits (tartar) are formed then again scaling is required. Main aim is to prevent tartar formation by regularly cleaning.
Next Steps
Correct brushing technique - see that all the surfaces of the teeth are getting cleaned. Rinsing mouth after eating anything helps in removing the food stuck between the teeth.
Health Tips
There is an impacted wisdom tooth in the lower left back region, that might cause trouble so better get it removed.

Hi, The x-ray does not show any significant bone loss. Get a cleaning done every 6 months. Maintain a good oral hygiene. Rinse mouth after every meal with normal water. The inflammation and soreness will reduce with time. Get a clinical examination done again to rule out any deposits that could be causing gum irritation.

Looking at her OPG provided, her bone level looks normal. every 6-month cleaning suggested by the dentist will help her keep her oral health in check. and along with that proper oral hygiene practices like brushing twice a day and flossing is also important. if after professional cleaning the inflammation does not subside, then you must consult to your nearest dentist.
Health Tips
brush twice a day using soft brush. use warm saline rinse. also she have a impacted molar hittin the roots of the neighbouring tooth. this can cause problem in future.
