Ridges seem like normal anatomy. To diagnose erythroplakia r cancer takes years of experience and case study. Don't worry yourself with Google info. As far as burning sensation goes, reevaluate your diet. Most commonly it is due to dietary deficiency of micro nutrients. If it persists beyond 5 days contact your nearest dentist for further action

Hi sir the ridges lines on both sides are normal. There is a small ulcer as marked in 1st picture area causing you burning sensation. It may be due to sharp tooth. Get it checked with a dentist and get it rounded off. You can apply mucopain or hexigel

Hi, The ridges line are just from the teeth. It is normal. Take multivitamin tablets everyday morning for the next 3 months. Also get a clinical checkup done by a dentist
