Based on the photograph, this appears to be a small, localized, skin-coloured papule/swelling on the lower lip. There is no obvious ulceration, crusting, or significant inflammation visible in the provided image. The history of sudden appearance and minimal symptoms could be consistent with a minor traumatic/irritative lesion or a small mucus-retention swelling (mucocele), but an image alone is not sufficient to make a definitive diagnosis.
Next Steps
* Observe it for 1–2 weeks and avoid biting, squeezing, or repeatedly touching the area. * Check whether it changes in size, colour, texture, or symptoms. * If it persists beyond 2 weeks, enlarges, becomes painful, ulcerates, bleeds, or keeps recurring, consult a dentist/oral medicine specialist or dermatologist for an examination.
Health Tips
Avoid trying to puncture or remove the bump yourself. If there is any history of lip biting, trauma, new cosmetic/lip product, or dental treatment in that area, mention it during the consultation. Persistent or changing lip lesions should be clinically examined rather than diagnosed from a photograph alone.

Hi, this image does not suggest any concerned dental problem. However you can visit your nearby dentist for a proper Intraoral oral dental checkup as a regular visit process. This image looks like a minor localised irritation which should be better with local ointment application if needed , so please consult a dermatologist if the problem persists for more than 3 days and symptoms increase over time.
Health Tips
Don't rub or itch it. Avoid eating spicy food.

There doesn’t seem to be any redness associated with it. In my opinion you can wait and watch it for another 7 days and monitor if it is increase or decreasing. Notice if the sensation is after having food, applying moisturiser or because of application of some product on the lip. More input from your end would be required to know what exactly is the issue
Next Steps
Wait and watch
Health Tips
Observe what causes the sensation
