Transparent bump on lower lip
Few days back there was a blood clot on my lower lip which seems to have caused by biting . It took some time to heal but yhe lump never went completely . Now it is like a transparent bump at the same place . What is it and how to treat it

Hi this is called a mucocele or a mucous cyst caused by trauma due to biting of the lip. This usually resolves on its own. Alternate hot and cold compressions may help. Warm saline(salt water) rinses are recommended.

Kindly stop biting or chewing on your lip.

Hi It's due to trauma as u have bit ur lip,cryotherapy (applying extreme cold to freeze bump and destroy it)in case if it persists for longer duration.
Next Steps
It dsnt require any treatment,it ll disappear by itself.
