Any extremely intense pain can't be from gums.  It might be from the tooth which has half missing portion. For immediate pain relief take HIFENAC-P or Ketorol-DT now  and visit me tomorrow at my clinic.
Next Steps
Call me if needed. I can help you on phone too for time being
Health Tips
try applying Mucopaine for burning gums and apply Clove on broken tooth in case pain doesn't come down with HIFENAC-P.

Welcome to Practo, the burning sensation in the the lower gums can be  due to fractured teeth, dental caries or any other infections, I advise you do to apply dentogel ointment  in the gums for 5 minutes thrice a day and rinse it off, avoid eating with the ointment, take an antibiotic for 2 days then visit a dentist and do scaling and remove the fractured teeth ,consult me for further details, thank you.

Hello There can be many reasons of burning sensation in the gums. For the time being for immediate pain relief you can use Benzydamine containing mouthwash such as coolora or tatum whichever is available at your place. Coolora is also available on Amazon. But for a proper diagnosis it will require complete examination probably some blood tests would be required
Next Steps
Kindly visit your nearby Dentist And get a proper examination done
