White and roughness on lateral tongue
Hello sir/ mam
Here I am attaching pictures of right side of my lateral tongue for last 15 days I am noticing some roughness and white dots on this part of my tongue some burning sensation is also there please help I searched on Google and it showns only leukoplakia and cancer please help.
