After a tooth extraction on Tuesday, I noticed that I had a white tongue that feels like it has scratches on it every time I eat. Please, can you tell me what It could be?

Can be due to poor oral hygeine.  Your brushing habit may have been altered since you had an extraction,  and tongue was not cleaned properly.  It has nothing to do with the extraction and the poor hygeine reason  is a probable one.
