I have little white bumps under my tongue. I touch it again and again by my tongue. I asked one of my doctor friend he said nothing to worry, this all is related to salivary gland.

Did your doctor friend give you a term for this condition???? Because it is not possible to make the diagnosis only by the description that you have mentioned. Please post the clinical picture of the affected area for a more rational opinion. Some bumps on the upper surface of the tongue are normal taste buds but normal anatomical design does not include bumps under the tongue.
