Get vitality testing done for your central incisor.. I do see signs of periapical widening. Plz get it confirmed by a dentist through physical examination. If the TOP is positive in CI then you would require an RCT

In my opinion,  go for cleaning/scaling. Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Visit a local Periodontist for physical evaluation and treatment.
