Attached pics of my gum inflammation. I don't have any pain so far. But thought of cleaning & doctor suggested deep cleaning & laser curettage. Is it really required for my age 65 yrs.

Brush twice daily.
Rinse after every meal.
Do warm saline rinses 4 times a day for 2 weeks.
