Gum inflammation can be because of various reasons: You may have tar deposit You may be having an allergy You may be having some drugs ehihc may cause inflammation or many more possible causes. Gum inflammation is not a good sign as it may lead to what a lay man calls Pyorrhoea. Which in turn leads to loss of bone and movement of the tooth. I would advice visiting a dentist to determine the exact cause. In many cases a simple bout of cleaning (scaling) might suffice and reduce inflammation in the gums. As for your medicine 2 to 3 drops on your gums 2 to 3 times a day is sufficient.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist Use chlorhexodine moithwash in 1:1 dilution woth water twice a day
Health Tips
Get the condition treated as it may lead to further problems.
