based on your description and the pictures you've provided, it could be possible that the white spot is a result of minor trauma from accidentally biting the area. This can cause a small injury to the delicate skin inside your mouth, leading to the appearance of a white patch. The tingling sensation you're experiencing might be due to the healing process. In most cases, minor injuries like this tend to heal on their own over time. To promote healing and prevent infection, you could consider the following steps: Oral Hygiene: Maintain good oral hygiene by gently brushing and flossing your teeth. Rinse your mouth with a mild, alcohol-free mouthwash to keep the area clean. Avoid Irritation: Try to avoid further trauma to the area by avoiding spicy or rough-textured foods that might aggravate the spot. Topical Ointment: You could apply a gentle, over-the-counter oral gel or ointment that's designed to promote healing and reduce discomfort. Monitor Progress: Keep an eye on the spot's progress. If it starts to worsen, doesn't heal within a week or two, or if you experience increasing pain, you should consider reaching out to a healthcare professional. Remember, it's always a good idea to consult a dentist or a doctor for a proper diagnosis and advice, especially if the spot doesn't improve or if you have any concerns about your oral health.

It’s an ulcer due to trauma by a sharp tooth cusp! Buccal cusps of your right upper 2nd molar and to certain extent that of 1st upper molar too are sharp. You may face cheek biting time to time.
