Tooth and Mouth Problems

Sir/mam using tanx gum paint on gums can improve the little bit gums recession caused by 2-3 years of little bit tight brushing or using gum paint for massage will my gums be improved to initial state as they were before before little gum recession. Pls answer me it will be of great thank to u🙏??

Is mouth rinse necessary after extraction? My Dr didn't give me any mouth wash. He said not to do salt water rinses also. Do I need to buy any mouth rinses? I had extraction and tongue biopsy 2 days ago. I feel some soreness, stingy and sharp pain in tongue where they did the injection. The injection was so painful when they did. Is stinging soreness normal on tongue after biopsy? I also feel some bad smell from the mouth. I brush gently and rinse gently. Didn't brush the extraction side of the mouth yet. Is bad smell normal after extraction?

Other than wisdom tooth removal is there other way we can treat it , so the whole teeth comes out. Now  half of my teeth front part is outside but the back part is not coming out . It's been about a year. Now the tooth is causing pain.

My cousin has mild case of rheumatoid arthritis. But its under control and levels are stable with medications. Can she go for dental implant. Tooth is fractured so dentist told she needs implant. She went to rheumatologist, reports are ok. No active inflammation in joints and she is taking proper care...some low dose meds like Methotrexate and tofacitinib she is taking. So no issues in having dental implant ? Will it heal in 4 to 6 months .. Xray was done and bone structure is ok.

I feel chill when eat and drink hot and cold as well. And after sometime the pain starts . What should I do?

Good evening Dr I needed some information regarding root canal treatment. Is it safe to do root canal? Many video by naturopaths are claiming it to be Dangerous and say it's not safe to leave decaying teeth and rotting flesh inside, it gives rise to sepsis etc... Can you please guide, my husband and I have many root canals over the years. Now our 11 year old needs... is it safe or better for extraction... kindly guide please
