Tooth and Mouth Problems

Since fee weeks i see this are which is encircled is getting hurt on and off. I mean sometimes i feel a tingling feeling like ulcer has come up or feels like i have bitten that area., that kind of tingling when it gets touched with the teeth. Then it reduces and comes back again in a few days or so. What is this? Some kind of infection? If i see it on mirror hardly anything is visible, but when i rub that area on my teeth it feels as if there is some growth(like ulcer) there. Pls help. Is this vitamin deficiency?
