Tooth and Mouth Problems

I feel hurt under the left side of the tongue  (third molar area of the teeth ) , i have not seen any ulcer or other abnormal , what is the causes of it and tell me the treatment. Please advice .

My sister us having a small ulcer on the lip since 25 days which is not healing . Not bothering her much . No pain but raised lump . Size 2-3 mm. feels like a small pimple when tongue is rubbed on it .

Sir Las 5 days had a burning sensation in mouth and sensation in while eating.plz suggest some medicine.

I have had pain for 3 years now. Started suddenly one day as mild swelling in lower jaw under the ear lobe where the j mandible aw line ends and pain constantly there and ear pain. I have seen ENT, GP and no issues on ear. Then saw the dentist and xrays were clear. He tapped on all teeth and tooth#46 was hurting for biting pressure and tapping. Like sensitive pressure pain and I was just jerking while biting on that tooth. Taken a CBCT,he said it looks ok. Sent me to Endo. He said tooth is alive but sensitive for tapping and biting. So they did exploratory root canal in 2020 which I totally regret now. He said he pain because of#46. Did root canal and checked thru microscope. No changes. No changes. Sane symptoms persist with jaw pain. Did crown. No relief. Did several retreatments RCT on that tooth and no changes. Seen Neuro,OMFS,TMJ Dr. No diagnosis given.Ended up pulling 46 in 2022 July. No changes yet. Have same jaw pain and pain in socket gums. Can we do implant with this pain?

Hello Docs, I quit chewing pan masala (tobacco less) since 6 weeks. Also I used to smoke (clove cigarettes)which I quit since 3 weeks. I don't know why but my tea consumption is now increased. I feel like I have mild burnt my upper gum because of hot tea, I don't have pain or burning but when I rub my tongue on upper gum specially in the middle the small part of it feels like different, it feels like mild swelling. Soon I will get rid of those yellow colour from my teeth, can u please check my upper gums and hard palate are these in good condition. Just for the information my mouth opening is approx 34 to 36 mm. Warm regards

Hi, I had an extraction of molar tooth and rct of a tooth (pre molar) next to it. On the day of extraction, i had first stage of RCT. Second stage of RCT was done after 5 days. Inspite of local anesthesia, i had pain ( not sensitivity) during second stage of RCT ( which ofcourse subsided after the procedure). But just wondering is it normal? Doc said this could be as extraction area next to it is not healed? Doesnt anesthesia work if adjacent area is not healed?

Does removal of wisdom teeth and wearing night guard help with jaw popping and deviation? Is braces treatment the right way to go? And will braces treatment cure it permanently or is there a chance it will recur?
