The All-on-4 dental implant system can be a viable treatment option for individuals who require full mouth implant restoration. It involves the placement of four dental implants in the jawbone, which then support a full arch of replacement teeth. This approach is designed to provide a stable and functional solution for patients with multiple missing or compromised teeth. The All-on-4 system offers several advantages. It can often be completed in a shorter timeframe compared to traditional individual dental implants. It also minimizes the need for bone grafting procedures in cases where the jawbone has experienced some resorption. Additionally, it can be a cost-effective solution for full mouth rehabilitation compared to placing a larger number of individual implants. However, it's important to note that the suitability of the All-on-4 system as a treatment option depends on various factors, including the patient's overall oral health, bone density, and specific dental needs. A comprehensive evaluation by a qualified dental professional, such as a prosthodontist or an oral surgeon, is necessary to determine if All-on-4 implants are the right choice for your specific situation. If you have loose and malaligned teeth throughout your entire mouth, there may be multiple treatment options available to you. These options can range from individual dental implants, dental bridges, removable dentures, or a full mouth reconstruction plan. The ideal treatment plan will depend on factors such as the condition of your remaining teeth, gum health, bone structure, and your desired outcome. To determine the most suitable treatment options for your specific needs, it's recommended to schedule a consultation with a qualified dentist or prosthodontist. They will conduct a thorough examination, consider your oral health history, and discuss your goals to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique circumstances. Remember, professional dental advice is crucial in determining the best course of action for your specific dental concerns.

Yes. If you can afford, its one of the best and successful options available. Else you can have complete denture (removable). Since you mentioned many loose teeth and malaligned teeth are present, the treatment will depend upon the amount of bone height & width available.
Next Steps
Get a CBCT done for proper evaluation.

All on 4 and all on 6 are definitely good choices to replace missing teeth . But for any replacement procedure, Success rate depends on the amount of bone loss and quality of the remaining bone and systemic conditions of patient (like if patient is immune compromised or diabetic or having any bone disorders)
Next Steps
Get full mouth X-ray done and CBCT and take an opinion from dentist .Depending on the amount of bone loss and your condition ,doctor will suggest best possible treatment for you. Yes there are other options like complete dentures, removable partial dentures ,over-dentures to replace the missing teeth
