Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a burning sensation on the top of the tongue. I have attached photo of the tongue. I am feeling this from past 1 week. What can be the reason .?

Under braces from 1 year. I asked ortho just to settle overlap central incisor to settle in my smile utilising a back tooth extraction space without making changes in shape of front teeth. Earlier only overlap teeth touched my lips on smiling now all 6 teeth touch my lips in round shape. ( no extraction done) . I have heard teeth have good memory. Can teeth shift back to original position naturally if brace wire is removed with ortho permission ??? Plz help.

I had this seen  black spot this morning after i woke up with mild pain of cheek..i had history of smoking ..which i stopped 4 years back..but still am little anxious and scared about it..i have attached the images..

Hi, Recently i have undergone 8 rcts and bridges. Bridges are placed on both left and right side at upper and lower jaws. 2 more teeth need a bridge ( to be placed yet) on my right lower jaw. Ever since bridges are placed i think i am.not relaxing my jaw at natural position but keeps changing the position now and then. Because i sense height at bridges few times but not at other times. I am also having slight tmj issues because of this. So i need help in figuring out what is my natural position. I feel because of this i am also asking for too much adjustments at my bridges.

Hi, I am having Receding gums to the lower front teeth. Got Scaling 2 weeks ago. Regularly using Rexidin Plus mouthwash and Hexidine Glocodine Gel. Still gums are receding. Is it because of any other health related issue? How to control with healthy diet and lifestyle.

I got my impacted lower wisdom tooth removed.. Stitches are done.. I am feeling very very hungry and not feeling like having any more liquids.. Can i eat pasta? Or idly or something.. Its day 2 post removal.. Kindly suggest.. Waiting for reply

I had this small black bump inside my left cheek i have seen it in the morning after i woke up ..am little scared of what it might be..i had a history of smoking 5 years back i had stopped but recently i had a two puffs of cigarette which happened unintentionally and i stopped smoking completely.. am afraid is it something serious..please verify it and thanking you in advance..as i had attached the image of the issue regarding the black spot.

Hi doc, I had filled my front teeth ( center and lateral) for gap with composite filling 2 days back . I am having sticky sensation like some food partical stuck in between and little tender always . Is it normal feel for few days ? Will this go away in few days or should I revisit clinic to check hardening ?  FYI- no pain Thank you !!
