If you have a dot or spot in your mouth that is causing a burning sensation when consuming certain types of food, it's important to have it evaluated by a dentist or healthcare professional. There are various possible causes for such a symptom, including but not limited to: Mucous Cyst: It's possible that the spot you are describing is a mucous cyst or a small fluid-filled sac that can develop in the mouth. Oral Ulcer: Mouth ulcers can cause burning sensations and discomfort, and they may be triggered by certain foods or irritants. Oral Infection: An infection in the mouth can lead to localized symptoms and discomfort. Oral Thrush: A fungal infection known as oral thrush can cause burning sensations and white patches in the mouth. Irritation or Trauma: Certain foods or substances can irritate the delicate tissues in the mouth, leading to burning sensations. To determine the exact cause and provide appropriate treatment, it's essential to consult a dentist or healthcare professional. They will examine the affected area, take your medical history, and may perform any necessary tests or biopsies to reach a diagnosis. In the meantime, you can try to alleviate the discomfort by avoiding foods or substances that trigger the burning sensation, maintaining good oral hygiene, and using mild, alcohol-free mouthwashes. However, it's crucial not to delay seeking professional advice if the symptoms persist or worsen. Remember, only a qualified healthcare professional can accurately diagnose and treat your specific condition, so please schedule an appointment with a dentist or healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation and personalized care.

Your pictures are not clear. Next time clock a picture after swallowing saliva completely. If in any sort of doubt, please visit a dentist and get yourself examined. If you have burning sensation you may require a thorough evaluation more so if you are habitual smoker or drinker.

Pictures are not clear enough to give a confirmation diagnosis but i am mentioning the  probable cause for that - 1st - if submerged or impacted wisdom teeth present Over that the gums get stuck  and impringe between  upper and lower teeth result in gums swelling and ulcer like lesion which later cause pericoronitis ( inflammation in gum) which is a painful condition 2nd - upper sharp tooth is hitting on that gum are result in ulcer
Next Steps
visit nearby dentist - if it is due lower wisdom teeth sooner or later u have to get it removed - if due to sharp tooth need coronoplasty ( blunt those sharp points of tooth)
