It's essential to prioritize your health and safety. Given the severity of your injury and the pain you are experiencing, you need to seek immediate medical attention. Here's what you should do: Seek Medical Help: If you haven't already, go to the nearest hospital emergency room or dental clinic to have your injuries assessed by a healthcare professional. They can provide the necessary treatment for your tooth injury and jaw pain. Tell Someone You Trust: Reach out to a family member, friend, or someone you trust to inform them about the situation. They can offer support and accompany you to seek medical help if needed. Document the Incident: If possible, take photos of the injury to document its severity. This documentation may be helpful later, especially if you need to involve authorities or legal assistance. Report the Incident: If you are a minor or feel that you are in an unsafe environment, consider reporting the incident to a responsible adult, such as a teacher, school counselor, or social worker. They can help ensure your safety and well-being. Talk to Authorities: In situations of abuse or violence, it may be necessary to involve law enforcement. If you believe that you are in danger or have been physically harmed, contact the local authorities or a helpline that can provide guidance and support. Remember, your safety and well-being are of utmost importance. Reach out for help and support from trusted individuals, and don't hesitate to seek medical attention for your injuries. If you are in immediate danger or require urgent medical attention, call emergency services in your area right away.

There seems to be a possibility of jaw fracture if you are not able to open or move your jaw sideways. Or it could simply be restricted due to swelling and pain. You need to visit a dentist for proper examination and treatment. Your teeth if broken may require RCT and tilted teeth may be splinted. But a proper traetment plan can only be advised by a dentist after physical examination.
Next Steps
Get an OPG done to rule out mandible fracture.
Health Tips
Do cold sponging with ice wrapped in a clean cotton cloth over the affected jaw area
