Could be heplful is you would attach a picture of the area affected. Please visit a dentist for proper examination and get an IOPA, dental Xray, done to see if any tooth is non-vital and in need of RCT. Usually, these symptoms occur if there's a tooth in near vicinity in need of RCT whose infection spreads beyond the tooth into the surrounding tissues. But a proper diagnosis can be made only after proper evaluation and clinical and radiographic examination.
