A small white spot on the gum near the wisdom teeth could have various causes, and it's essential to have it examined by a dentist or an oral health professional for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Some possible causes of a small white spot on the gum include: Canker Sore: Canker sores are small, shallow ulcers that can develop on the gums and other areas inside the mouth. They are not contagious and usually heal on their own within a week or two. Mucous Cyst: Mucous cysts are small, painless, fluid-filled sacs that can form on the gums or other soft tissues in the mouth. They are usually harmless but may require treatment if they become bothersome. Dental Abscess: A dental abscess is a pocket of pus that can develop due to a bacterial infection in the tooth or the surrounding gum tissue. It can cause localized swelling, pain, and a white spot. Leukoplakia: Leukoplakia is a condition where white patches or spots form on the gums or inside the mouth. It can be harmless, but some cases may be precancerous, so it's important to have it evaluated by a professional. Oral Lichen Planus: This chronic inflammatory condition can cause white patches or lines on the gums and other areas inside the mouth. Since you mentioned that the spot is hard and not going away with scraping, it's especially important to seek professional evaluation. The dentist can examine the area, possibly take X-rays, and determine the underlying cause of the white spot. They can then recommend appropriate treatment, which may include addressing any infection or inflammation, or taking a biopsy if necessary. In the meantime, it's best to avoid scraping or manipulating the spot to prevent further irritation. Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth gently, using a soft-bristled toothbrush, and continue to floss regularly. Don't delay in seeking professional dental care. Early detection and proper treatment are essential for maintaining good oral health and addressing any potential issues promptly.

It can be tooth abscess,  as wisdom tooth is infected. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment (as required)
