My baby is 19 month old hardly response to his name speaks only mama papa bye bye and doesn't make eye contact all the time sometimes he does sometimes he doesn't so m tensed if everything is normal or he is delayed

For last 1.5 yrs i experienced heart palpitation for 5-6 times.. it's feel like my heart try to jump out from my body and beating so fast. I consulted with 10-12 doctors till date and I did 5 ecg, 2 echo, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray and blood test.. All reports were normal.. Even all reports are normal, i always worried about my heart that something could happen to me.. During heart palpitation I feel only heart beat so fast, no other symptoms are there.. What is the reason and how should i come out of this..

Can Adderall be imported in India, as it is unavailable here? I have been prescribed ritalin multiple times but it doesn't work.

My wife she is very extrovert and I am very introvert. She talks to anyone easily with any strangers and people get impress with her.  She likes nightlife like parties or discos. And dont enjoy that much. Still many times we go together to nightclub with our friends. Inshort we are completely opposite in any things. Whenever my wife goes out alone with her friends or cousins (only females). I get lots of negative thoughts (molestation, rapes etc.) about her safety. I dont get sleep till she is back home. Because of this I always ask her to not to go alone at night.  But because of her extrovert personality and she likes night clubs especially dancing. She gets annoyed on my request which leads to fights many a times. I need your expert comments on this issue.

My doctor prescribed me peri peri,defnom,nodpom and pantaprazole one time a day,as I have depression and anxiety,but after eating this pills ,I don't feel good as I see lines and black spots again but  when I eat this pills 2 times a day I don't find any of the above symptoms and feel good and better.Should I eat this again 2 times a day again without telling doctor?

Doctor prescribed me Libotryp DS for irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea. i am having constipation, bloating and indigestion kindly provide suggestions to overcome

I am taking Krimson 35 and Glyciphage SR one tab daily as prescribed by my dr. Also, few months back i was undergoing treatment for my depression and was taking Zosert 500. I wanna start taking the tablets again and is unable to consult the dr right now due to personal reasons. Can i start taking Zosert along with the ongoing tablets now? Will there be any side effects?

A doctor recommended me petril 0.25mg to reduce my anxiety levels. I have an allowance of 3 tablets per day. But can I only take it when I feel anxious? Or I should compulsory take 3 doses. Is there any issues if I take it according to the need, when I feel like taking it. Will it cause any harm if I reduce the dose? Please help!

I have these days increasingly been plagued by music and tunes running into my head that doesn't go away. Earlier the problem was small but has became a big one now, given that it is affecting my study. Also I've little OCD of germs, contamination. Any solutions to stop this music thing ?

I usually fall asleep early after returning from office and being extremely tired  Many a times  I get disturbed dreams of unknown people and situations each day. Being asleep, I continue with the dream for a long time n finally wake up. These dreams seem to be so real. After waking up feel mentally tired. . What is the reason and solution for it.
