Have been facing the issue of anxiety since 5 years ... Initially it went away but after relapse i have not been feeling well since a year and half .pain near chest area , hands and shoulder Region on the left side has been irritating me since 3-4 months . Pls guide me doctors

My wife is lately suffering from anxiety. She has been very successful and confident in her career but now sometimes she feels low, lacks confidence, feels uneasy, chest feels heavy, heavy breathing etc One of the reason is also that I am working abroad. Need assistance don't know if some counselling will help her

I have severe harm intrusive thoughts since one month but the frequency varies. Like I'll be harming my toddler whom I love the most and that's causing me severe nervousness. (I have no other medical history.) I had consulted a psychiatrist for the same n he was like it's obsessive thoughts with generalised anxiety and not ocd. He said it's common and helped with with how to live with the thoughts. Also put me on stalopam 5mg for a month. I am anxious about taking the medicine. Please advice if it would help me with my thoughts and any other advices if any. Thank you.

I think i am suffering from OCD, because i get intrusive thoughts in my mind and then i have to think more to satisfy them and this causes a lot of mental irritation. i want a permanent solution for this problem, please help.

Hii, I am a patient of anxiety from 5-6 years and taking paroxetin 25 Cr for it.I had some breathing difficulty,x-ray,pft,blood test was normal.He prescribed Montek LC for it,as I am suffering severe breathlessness at times,can I take Montek LC because I am worried about interaction as I saw on internet that Montek LC may interact with depression patients and cause neuropsychiatric events.So,is it safe to take and can anxiety cause this symptoms.

My mother is cheating on my father. I told this to my father and he tried to commit suicide last year, he is safe and fine now but he left us and shifted to Delhi and he wants to come back now, he believes that my mother is no more in a relationship with the other person but she is. I don't want to face everything again when he comes back here . I feel bad for him that he is been cheated on by my mother. But my mother is the one who is with us and has not left us and takes care of us. I'm confused who is right? And should my father come back here . Please help me .
