I am having little anxiety from past 2 year...the level of anxiety was not affecting my routine but when it increased i have consulted to a psychiatrist he prescribed me nexito 10... he said to take half tab at night for first 4 days and then increase the doze to full tab... i have taken half tab for four days my symptoms got better but from yesterday taken full tab and was not able to sleep ...got pressure inneck and vomiting feeling with anxiety i am also worrying about its addiction and how would i stop it plzz help

I m 33yr old. Feeling anxiety all time. Insomnia. Main problem of mine is attension seekness. No body pays attention on me. Not in home not in office. No body loves me. They only talk to me when they wanted to something. My husband also don't notice anything in me. Even don't touch me for weeks to months. No body cares

Is it safe to take paroxetine for a year or more or i cause any side effects because I feel sleepiness a lot.is there any other side effect which I need to worry.

Hai sir/madam, My age is 31. Iam married. Actually i dont have vehicles phobia. But from some days iam suffering from it.whem my husband driving iam fearing like vehicles are passing to us. Iam telling him hey this vehicle coming, that vehicle is coming stop, slowly, see the bike coming, bus coming in this way am fearing unlike before. This is not me i dont know why this fear is increasing day by day. When i checked my heart rate its 89 when am cool with out tens. I dont know how much it increase when am on fear. Suggest me some reason why its happening to me

I have been through a very toxic relationship. Ended it in October last year. I thought I've moved on but the trauma is becoming prominent now. My, ex tried to hit me once. And now I am so scared of him that I can't even imagine his face. He paid me a surprise visit recently, and I got a major anxiety attack looking at his face. I puked immediately as he left. This is so disturbing that I get frequent dreams of him torturing and hitting me. It makes me go sleepless and frustrated all the time. I have some family related issues as well. My mental peace is destroyed like anything and it's going out of my hands now. I need therapy.

I cannot memorize whatever I am reading so is it a learning disability or ADHD? Also I am forgetting a lot.
