What does dreams indicates? Why do we get Dream about a person daily irrespective of morning or evening or night sleep I do remember that person sometimes but we are not in touch from quite sometime. What does this mean?

I am an INTP personality struggling to navigate life outside of work. I have multiple issues like confidence issues, relationship issues, family unable to understand me. Will therapy be helpful? Will the therapist know how to handle a thinking introvert and guide properly?

My brother has been suffering from OCD since 2 years..he has been taking Serotonin medications He is doing well but some conditions he is thinking too much on Negativity & Unnecessary thoughts 1) does this ocd leads to any other psychological or Neurological situations? 2) Is ocd pushes to person into any other problems? My dr prescribed me placida 10mg and nexito plus 5mg and lodoz 5 for bp I'm taking this medicines since 2 years then I checked that placida 1mg are banned in india since 2013 and I have only sleeping issue with some over thinking habit but after taking placida I noticed my heart rate increase and bp also now I'm not feeling well my symptoms have worse and I have panic attacks this cause my bp goes rise suddenly 120/80 to 150/100 pls guide me about this medicine
