Recently due to some family issues daily been under more stress... when I got more stressed and tension I feel pain in chest and heart palpitation headache... I have high cholesterol levels so I checked with cardio and took ecg but there is mild variation in ecg and told normal... but I'm getting this often... is this stress related...what I'm experiencing now...whom I should consult psychiatrist or general medicine doctor...

I suffer from illness anxiety..even a minor change in body or symptom worries me a lot..i start googling it and it then turns out to be something more serious.. then again i feel stressed out and also there is a lot of negativity.i sometimes face pain in legs sometimes in arm sometimes in neck sometimes in shoulder, sometimes back..there's something or the other continuously going around in my mind..for last few days i don't know why and from where it came into my mind that near the right  chest above breast area there's something hard..i never checked earlier but for last few days this has started bothering me..i hv faced failure few times in my CA final exams and after that only this negativity has increased..please help..

Why do one experience dreams in afternoon.Is day dreaming a sign of normality or are there any precautions to be taken

My mom now a days keeps shouting behind everyone for nothing and remains very irritable all day. Also she forgets what she have done and keeps asking again and again. She generally derives meaning of anything as per her but not actually the real one which make her frustrated and then she starts to quarrel or shouting which last at least 2-3 hours. Earlier also there was some issues when she kept on repeating one thing again and again but then she went to be in normal stage in 1-2 days, but now the problem seems to be severe as almost since 1 month, her mood is very irritable and all day whenever any one wants to talk to her, she starts shouting. Please suggest a solution.

Hello, I have been smoking weed from last 5 years daily . I want to quit but in great fear of withdrawl symptoms. I tried to quit before for a year and faced withdrawl symptoms . Now i fear of that again. Kindly helo from where to start and how much time withdrawl symptoms will last. No other substance used except weed.

A guy from my school abused me everyday. I've just completed college now and he still abuses me. He keeps calling me 10 to 20 times a day. When I talk to him some day he drains my energy completely. I dont know what I can say will explain it as it not physical abuse. When I was sick of him and I finally started talking with him he used to neglect me. From calling 20 times a day to 0. He says that I'm different and not like other girls. Im strange. Im fat..although I'm not fat..but still he will say that.. if sometime he comes with common friends or we go out(as I gave in because I became tired), he would ask me to pay. I was talking with him because I taught I'll be able to change him. But now I feel that I've changed. From a very loving and compassionate person, I've become numb and fearful
