How long can I take Restryl 0.25mg it's almost a month since I am taking it. How to avoid feeling the need to take it at night especially.

Hello doctors, i would like to know which one is better to take as needed (SOS) Etilaam 0.5 versus clonotril 0.25 md for fear of going out and health anxiety. Kindly guide. Thank you.

I get tensed n feel suffocated in darkness. Though I'm a deep sleeper, power cut causes panic in me n wake up immediately screaming for light.

How to recover from OCD? I'm having OCD for past 11 years and still not recovered from it. I'm into medication for the past years. So I want to know how to recover from OCD. It's bothering me a lot I am taking medicines for almost 12 years. And I am still not completely recover from OCD. I still have few compulsive thoughts which is bothering my day to day life.

I am 59 years old. I was diagnosed with ocn disease in 1987 and started living a normal life in 1996 .Again  I was diagnosed with ocd and anxiety in 2006 and recovered in 2008.  Now in January 2022 again suffering from anxiety and depression.  I am undergoing treatment. I have a negative fear in my mind that during 1987 to 1995 I have been given some such medicine or last resort medication so no other new medicine will work anymore. I suspect that  I have been given such medicines (last resort medicines) during treatment that now no more modern medicine will work. Are there any medicines in psychiatric medicine after taken them no other modern medicine will respond? It is my doubt or fact. Please remove my fear.God bless you to help me providing information .

Hi sir/madam As neurologist suggested Nexvenla od 50 mg  for my stress at night. Am using it from two days. Am sleeping well but when i woke up am feeling chill in my body mainly feets. Not comfortable with my body and shivering too. What is the reason?what can i do?

If an OCD and anxiety psychiatric patient was given last resort medicine during treatment twenty years ago.  Now, twenty years later, if he became mentally ill again. wouldn't other medicines respond now due to last resort medicine? There is no old prescription either.  Will first liner, 2nd liner drugs not work to treat anxiety patient. I suspect that last resort medicine may have been fed to the patient and fearing that no other medicine respond now.  Please guide me. What to do if last resort medicine has been fed to the patient and medicine name is not known to me.what will psychitrist do now to treat that  patient? Is the patient is not curable because he was fed last resort medicine 20 years ago.He is now suffering from GAD. Please provide detail information .

I have ocd,maladaptive daydreaming.i am taking medicine fluoxetine 40 with olanzapine 2.5 mg.now I have no appetite since 1 years.what should i do?are there any psyche medications to increase appetite.can you suggest me?

I'm not feeling good since one year.I don't even have any problems but I'm feeling very bad.Also disputes have been increased with my husband since last years.im not even able to realise how much I'm shouting when I'm angry.i couldn't control myself mentally during anger.so i started to damage myself by plucking my hair to prevent my stress.And now this has become an addiction that i lost a lot of hair and still I couldn't stop this habit.Now I'm more depressed about my hairloss so what should I do to change my mind?
