I'm always anxious and all my life I've been avoidant of my problems and always avoid the worst case scenario possibilities. My IQ is very low and I'm not in college. I still have crippling anxiety. I'm scared I'm stuck in life threatening situations to my health and integrity and it's all my fault. I can't take it anymore. I've been isolated for 2 years and it's gotten worse to the point where I can't function anymore physically and have constant anxiety and suicidal thoughts. I can't afford psychiatrist but I need prescription for medicines. What do I do.

In 2019 I have anxiety and Insomnia So I took medicine After that I was cured But after 1 year I was again depressed and I face some new problem Sensorimotor OCD I have 3 types of Sensorimotor OCD 1. Eye Blinking 2. Swallowing 3. I m taking Etilaam 0.5mg & Nexito 10 mg in day and 20mg in Night since 2 months ...Will it cause Serotonin Syndrome.
