Hello doctors I'm daily coffee drinker...I'm consuming 1-2 cups coffee per day and I'm really happy with coffee and it's effects... But i watched a video on YouTube coffee is not good for your health... Is it correct information? When other side is opposite many studies say coffee has a lot health benifits please help about this I'm confused about my coffee taking habit

Once my husband admitted for high bp.then i chevked ecg echo all are ok.but then i dnt know i always so possesive about my husband health.always i tensed abouth his health i know he is ok but still i worried.is there any problem or fear in my mind

Can't sleep, unable to concentrate, brain fog, sleep deprived. Anxiety levels way to much. My breakup has taken a very big toll in my life which is affecting me in every aspect in my life. It's been months that i slept. And even i fall a asleep it's so disturbed that even a small split of air passes i wake up. Hardly i sleep for 2 hrs if i do. Symptoms of bpd and adhd.

I Have Severe Dry Mouth From 2 yrs First Then I Gradually Developed Fatigue Even While Walking In A Room Later I Had Thigh Muscle Pains And Cramps on ClimBing Stairs And Arms Muscle Pains And Cramps On LiFting The Hands Now I Had Back Pain And Abdomenal Muscle Pains On minimal Activity That Lasts For Days So That I Was Not Able To Carry My Daily Activities. Now I Have Pains And Cramps All Over The Body.Not Able To Do Any Work Or Sit With Crosslegs.I Have Shooting Nerve Pains in Legs While Walking.Jaw Muscles Also Being Involved So That I Cannot Eat Bread Cakes Smoothly. All Routine Tests Are Normal Thyroid B12 Normal.EMG NCS with RNS Also Normal.MRI Thigh And Arms Normal. Still Im SuFFering From Pains.What To Do Know ? Do I Need A Psychiatric Consultation. I Had These Symptoms From 2 Yrs.pls Suggest Me Something My Days Are Wasting.

I am under medication for last 3 months now 4 months started for anxiety disorder ,i am on 25 mg first 10 days 50 mg 20 days then 2 month taken 75 mg of sertline now I went to my pschyiatrist he evaluation me and give 50 mg (reduced 25mg) for this  month I started it now on 5th day i feel severe fatigue and music pain and fever with high anxiety what to do

Tightness in back and side head.Is it because too much serotonin or serotonin deficient .Currently on following medication Fluvoxamine 100mg and clofranil 25mg

I've been on Atomoxetine for more than 6 months now, currently at a 50mg dose along with Bupropion 300 mg and my symptoms have not improved at all. My psychiatrist is not trying out stimulants even though they have shown to work and have a much better effect. He expressed concerns about addiction, which I understand I share this concern too. But my quality of life is horrible right now, and I have not been able to work in a long, long time and I'm falling behind schedule by months. This is causing financial stress too. Is the concern about addiction reasonable even though my quality of life might improve significantly? Or should I consult with another psychiatrist, who perhaps has a better understanding of ADHD? I am consulting with a clinical psychologist, but there is only so much that can be achieved by therapy when I have almost zero motivation everyday. Any advice on this is appreciated. Thank you.

I depend on Antidepressants. 8 years ago i suffered from serotonin syndrome twice. After that if my doctor continue medication, then i suffer from physical pain(Symptoms like serotonin syndrome) and if not then i suffer mentally. My life becomes hell now. No private Doctor has time to research on complicated case and bother with one patient when other patients with standard treatment procedures are standing in row. At Govt hospital they don't even bother to listen. I want to live because if i kill myself then no one to take care of my family. Is there any Psychiatrist who wants to take my case?
