I have taking medicine ventab xl 75 in nignt and flunil 40 in morning but flunil is creating some side effects but doctor is saying continue from 3 yrs what ?

I m 59 year old man. One month ago i was tested for ECG, echo, angiography and all reports are normal. I got problems of gas and constipation. Sometimes I feel my heart skips a beat. Often it happens with gas and burping. My cardiologist says your heart is fine. Nothing to worry about palpitation. It may be due to anxiety stress or digestive issues. kindly help and suggest treatment. Thanks.
