Hey doctors i am feeling sleepy after waking up and I am a student and I don't fell to study please help me 🙏

I'm a student .. not able to sleep whole night.. and over thinking about everything.. and also not able to concentrate.. what to do ..? please help me ..

I have been using prothiaden 75 since a year or two. - proscribed by CMC Vellore ( dept of phychitry) - price is 250/- per strip - need any another brand ( same composition cheaper substitute) - plz suggest one.

My mother's psychiatrist told to give restonorm plus daily 2 times for 2 months, it's been 1month but still she sometimes don't take since not easy to give medicine such patient. So want to check will it be fine or it means again I need to restart the process? Please share some input on it

My 2 year old keeps on saying the alphabets or number all through the day. He can also recognize them. He repeats what we say at times, but otherwise he keeps saying A-Z or 1-10 all the time. Should i go for autism screening?

1) I have been facing OCD for few years..But I have been facing anxiety from the age of 15 I didn't see such OCD symptoms then 2) But now since 2 years I have been facing regressive OCD and OCD thoughts Sometime I underwent for repetitive thoughts for 4 hrs etc..it made me irritation.i try to restrain my thoughts but it's not solved until I get solution. 3) I have been using Serotonin inhabitiors 60mg for OCD since few months with high dose.it gave some relax.even after taking tablets some recurring thoughts unstopped.it worrying routine activities. 4) sometime when I get thoughts and thinking solution for thoughts hours..it effect my daily activities.Not controlling thoughts until find the remedy to get a solution for unnecessary & negative thoughts How much time to intake tablets for OCD? I am using fluxotiene 60mg...How long I need to take medication for OCD? 5) does OCD cause any damage to body functions in future ?How to get rid of OCD..

Both ocd and anxiety disorder are same? Can you please explain,anxiety comes from OCD or ocd comes from anxiety? 1) what's the relation between OCD and anxiety?
