I am having muscle tightness in head.Why does muscles get tight in head.What is the reason for it because of I am having tightness 24/7.

My mind is constant stress...it seems i m not alive...always feeling hopeless...neggative and depressed thoughts are bothering me...its happening from past 7 years..i m taking antidepressants...still mind seems inactive ...confused mind...fear,pain,anger in mind kills me every second while going outside

Iam currently taking prodep 10 in morning for depression and anxiety prescribed by psychiatrist , completed 2 weeks but it makes me sleepy all over day and fatigue also , i have. no motive to go out , can i take prodep 10 on night time , how to shift  it to night ?

I am having tension type headache since 3 years . During my treatment, all doctors are prescribing me antidepressants for my headache.How is antidepressants connected with headache.I mean how is mood(serotonin chemical) related to headache or tension headache.

I am constantly intentionally thinking too much.I am intentionally creating or seeing faces of people.I am making shapes or images purposefully in my mind.I believe in bad luck For eg If i dont visualize picture of god ir some great person then something bad will happen.What is this disorder called .I am having since 3 years this .How to relieve it or which medication is used for it?

My psychiatrist prescribed prodep 10  for anxiety , panic and depressed mood Iam taking prodep 10 for more than three weeks till today as morning dose , but it makes my day drowsy , sleepy and lethargic and excessive yawning ,and no motive to go out on daytime ,  can i shift it to the bed time ?

My father has severe depression and anxiety. He has not interest in any activity. He is taking sertagress 100, qutipin 25 at morning and lonazep 1 mg, qutipin 50 at night from last 15 days till there is no improvement in symptoms. So in how many days he will recover from this condition?

How much time will topirimate take to show its effects .Because I am prescribed topaz 50mg for weight for 1month(0-0-1).

Hi all, I am suffering from anxiety and depression for last couple of months...tried 2 allopathy medicines (Nexito 5 mg and D veniz 50) but couldn't continue because I kept sleeping for 24 hrs after taking them. I got scared of the side effects and hence discontd. Now I am on ayurveda but can't see much difference even after a month.. Planning to try allopathy again but scared of the side effects...can anyone guide me how to go about it? How long will it take to subside side effects of allopathy medicines? Do they really work better than ayurveda? Which is the mildest and safest antidepressant that I can try?
