Dear Team I have some sleeping problem for last one year every time my mind is in under tension for sleeping daily I am go to bed on 10 pm for sleeping & sleep are coming very late 1-2 am at night I am doing full day working on computer some time I have taken clonafit medicine please advice

If person went through no abuse in childhood or now but does goes through stress, poor lifestyle, improper diet and routine, will that develop BPD over time or will it decrease serotonin? Can improper diet n sleep routine while preparing for clearing examinations can cause stress and BPD in an individual who shown no symptoms till this time?

Does anxiety causes acidity and abdominal pain ? As i m suffering from it from long time ............

Hi, I am a software engineer. I have been working from home since 2020(Covid Lockdown). I was called for work from office and I am back to hyderabad yesterday. I am all fine till yesterday night. All of a sudden I have started to panic unnecessarily and wanting to go outside of the room and wanting to go back to hometown. It lasted for 45minutes. I am feeling extremely lonely and have no family or friends or siblings. Can I delibrately induce psychosis to ensure I am not feeling lonely and get an illusion that I have someone. If I don't find a way to do it I will succumb to loneliness and will not be alive.
