Feeling dull and irritated
From past few months I am noticing changes in my behavior as I am feeling more irritated on silly things and loosing interest in every single activity that I used to enjoy. I don't even like to talk. I haven't talked to anyone from last 2days and don't know if it's okay for me. I am feeling very low and dull. Please suggest how to come out of this. I feel extreme tiredness.

I understand that it might feel distressing that you're losing interest in the things you used to enjoy. Irritation, loss of interest, reduced social interactions, lowered levels of energy can be significant of a few different problems. These could also be caused by an increase in stressful situations, or prolonged engagement with high stress situations. If your job or home life is stressful, or if you've had recent difficulties, these might be causing these changes. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and needs a holistic approach. Unfortunately, with such few details it's difficult to say what might be troubling you.

Health Tips

These symptoms may be suggestive of a Depressive Disorder. However it is not possible to come to an accurate diagnosis with limited information. Kindly consult a Psychiatrist as they may be able to help you with these complaints.

Ya it's ok. When we face any kind of stress we used to react with emotional content. But if it was persistent that means more than 14 days continuously then need intervention.
