Dear mam I cam imagine it must be quite difficult for you. Feeling sad, crying spells, feeling hopeless, disturbed sleep and appetite are all symptoms of depression. Depression is a treatable medical condition and can be effectively treated with medications and psychological therapy. Please consult to our psychiatrist or any other psychiatrist for a review of medicine. Try doing regular exercise and meditation. I am certain that you will feel better with right treatment and support. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
