Anxiety issues, fear of flying & heights
I have a fear of heights and anxiety issues. This has resulted in me developing a fear of flying also. In a couple of weeks I will have to take a flight and this situation is unavoidable. Can some medication be prescribed for my problem.

Anxiety and phobia can be treated with medication and cognitive behavioral therapy .start as soon as possible .meet a psychiatrist sooner

You can take some medication to decrease the anxiety for symptomatic relief and also to start psychotherapy for phobia. You can get the medicine consulting psychiatrist online and in person.

Hi Yes medicine is an option definitely but you will respond very well to psychotherapy and counseling where we target to minimize your anxiety in situations where u feel negative and escape is difficult Consult with me or any psychologist for same All the best
