Can we take Aripiprazole and Desvenlafaxine Together? In psychiatry does Desvenlafaxine is combined with aripiprazole?

Mera physiology bigra hua hai.till now I was unknown but now I m sure of that.i came in this problem since 6yrs.In 8class(6 yr before) I felt I m loosing my control from mind.

From past few months I am noticing changes in my behavior as I am feeling more irritated on silly things and loosing interest in every single activity that I used to enjoy. I don't even like to talk. I haven't talked to anyone from last 2days and don't know if it's okay for me. I am feeling very low and dull. Please suggest how to come out of this. I feel extreme tiredness.

I had a past where my boyfriend cheated me. It has been 5 years but i compare my face with his girlfriend to see who is more beautiful. I make myself understand that everyone is different and why the hell I am comparing but still that overthinking does not go away. I cant stop comparing her face with me even though I do not find her that beautiful but still.

So now am having tablets half half..I.e. Sizopin 112.5 pacitane 2 mg lonazep .5 mg encorate 500mg arip 10 mg neurobion.. As i shud not stop the medicines abruptly, am gradually stopping the medicines Now my problem s am feeling like getting fits.. T dint come.. But symptoms r all like t s fits.. Please suggest me wat shud I do now.. I want to quit medicine completely n wanna follow acupuncture fully...

Are psychiatrist and neuropsychiatrist same? are all psychiatrists are called as neuropsychiatrists? What's the difference if there is any ?
