In view of persisting minor panic attacks, you may need to optimise escitalopram dose to 20 mg dose. Aim for treatment is always full remission of symptoms. Further improvement in response may be observed over next 4-6 weeks after optimisation of dose. For food take tryptophan rich foods..Curd, buttermilk, eggs, chicken , green leafy veggies, nuts and banana Practice breathing exercise and JPMR Avoid caffeine.
