Can seratonin syndrome happen with 10mg of escitalopram and 0.25 mg of clonazepam. Been taking these since 3 weeks. feel restless and confused since last 3 days.

My dad is 69 years old and he drinks alcohol everyday.. He doesn't listen to anyone.he drinks alcohol and sleep eats very minimal food..Since 3 months, he started to forget things.. We are worried and not sure what to do

I have so much stress due to some family issues and also i started having pain near chest n breastbone mostly in left side shoulder blades. checked with doc n nothing is ter. may be costocondritis doc said. after few months now again i started having pain in my abdomen not in one area.. inconsistent locations.. also dull paid in hip back shoulder neck groin mostly all over abdomen.. and got too much stress too.. yesterday night my left hand has buring pain. like something different. needle pain like. burning sensation in some area. Is it because of too stress or what. what should i do to get rid of stress. i am really worried a lot. maybe i have anxiety but do no how to find it out. I kept googling my symptoms.  Help me doctor.

I always feel exhausted, confused, physically and mentally drained, slow, sluggish and dull Please what could be the cause?

My friend is having an office party and it means alcohol too . Since her boss will also be there she can't skip having alcohol , but she is undergoing anxiety treatment and is taking olanzapine ( zyprexa) . Is it safe for her to consume alcohol if she takes a gap of 24 hours after the medicine intake ?? Please suggest.

One of my friend posts violent WhatsApp status of some movies he watched. And he also have posters of some kind of violent quotes in his room. When I don't have my food on time he says go and eat now with a knife emoji. I want to know if he is alright. I am scared of this behaviour. He makes memes that scares me. One was a guy dancing with a head of a girl which he cut. Another one was digging his garden and found a treasure and went to inform his wife but then he recalled he was digging the ground for his wife. And third one was some guys pull chair for girl on a date but I pulled chair for a girl when she was hanging herself to the ceiling fan.

Suffering from Depression since i was 10. Things got out of hand when I was in college. Since then I've seen 5 psychiatrists. I don't feel connected to anything, like a blank slate, very difficult to cry even. Got diagnosed with diabetes few days ago. Physician told it might have been caused by my current medicines. I've been thinking of Ketamine therapy for some time now. Where in Delhi would that be available? Or should I go for ECT?
