I have been seeing various neurologist from past 5 years and did stem cell but there is no improvement. Keeps prescribing private medicines and making doses up an down. Had hole in my pocket spending in these medicines. Want to try treatment in govt renowned institutes. Pls suggest anything in mumbai.

Hello, I was prescribed both Paroxetine 37.5mg (for GAD) & Memantine 10mg (off-label for executive function improvement) by my psychiatrist Memantine is an addition, before only Paroxetine. Can I take them both at the same exact time at night? Or there needs to be some duration between the two? Thanks
