I am a 18 year old college student.I am suffering from chronic insomnia for almost three months .can a psychiatrist treat and cure it for me ?

No more energy to do something.always think so much useless thought.i have fell lathaergy to study or else.whatever I want to do I am not so much excited .I feel annoyed.inam not happy right now.i forget to smile.unnessecery loughing,singing is not out from me. But nothing happen more serious in my life thats for I am distrubed.. I feel nothing good in my life right now .I feel monotonous.

I suffering daily left chest pain this problem started in lakdown.. More than pain started one year... In one year 30 ecg, 4 2d echo, 1 tmt, recently ct angio gram... This are all normal... Before carona I'm helthy after carona times first start my symptoms nose block I tested carona negative... Nose blocks this problem after left chest pain started not gone left chest pain... Still leave my left chest pain I cunsulted 5 times cardiologist, 10 general doctors, 1 physchiatry, Cardiologist says this is not a heart problem... But why still left chest pain cardiologist says cunsult physchiatry... Plzzz solve my prblm doctors plzzzzz plzzzz plzzzz

My baby is 4.2 year old and afraid frm smthing to put down foot straight nd walk.his mind repeating multiple tym that "mumma tu tu kaat lega"he is doing this frm sunday after visit on trekking on mountain...he is afraid to foot walk saying mumma " godi lo"..his leg ankle foot everything is fine sometimes he is walking normal bt most of tym he is afraiding frm something dr. I have history of hyperprolactima, i am on cabergolin medication. I frequently suffer from depressiom, anxiety and panic attacks which is hampering my professional and personal life. I have heard high prolactin createslow dopamine level, is this the reason am suffering? Also i am forgetting things now.pl help. Also due to prolactin am unable to take any psychotropic drugs. Am very much suffering plz help me

I am suffering from depression and anxiety for last 3 months. I tried Nexito and D - veniz in March but couldn't tolerate both. Then I tried alternate medicines and little better now. However, recently I started having severe pain in lower back and right abdomen and legs ( I also have Crohn's). Consulted several doctors and some of them feel that anxiety is causing pain. My gastro also feels that Crohns will not cause this kind of pain. So I thought of starting allopathy again. Consulted a psychiatrist who suggested I try Fluoxetine. I am also taking Gabapentin 100 twice daily as suggested by a neurologist. Gabapentin was making me feel good and sleep well. I started taking fluoxetine 10 mg after Breakfast 4 days back and it's causing day time sleepiness and anxiety. Whereas I am unable to sleep well at night and wake up with headache every day. So the question is should I continue with fluoxetine for few more days or just stop randomly. Are these side effects common?

I have lost interest in life, always cribbing crying somewhere feels suicidal and lost purpose in life. Can't concentrate on studies...always in hurry restless. I want everything to get as as early as possible and always angry abusive...often harm myslef. What is this i am suffering from and can you prescribe some medication.

Hello doctor I have anxiety disorder and panic attacks.but I'm using panazep12.5mg and petril beta(SOS) sometimes I have pulsing like sensations in neck and lower back of head and palpitations in chest.what is the cause? Is this anything related to heart? I already took ecg's and 2d echos all were normal. But y these sensations ? Pls help me
