I m under stress confusion unable to understand things...doubting myself whether i m fine or not...not confident what i m about to do ...taking antidepressants...my question is...is this stress which is bothering me?

I have been taking Gabapentin 300 mg since 9 months for anxiety and insomnia issues. Now down to 100mg and planning to stop it completely in a month? As I am on Gabapentin for 10 months, would it cause any kindey related issues or would it have caused any kidney related issues?. I read that being on Gabapentin for long term will cause kindey problems. Kindly advise. I am bit worried

I have been taking tryptomer 25mg since 8 months then I was prescribed libotryp ds 25/10 since 2 months. My doctor has asked me to stop libotryp ds and take tryptomer 50mg, pregabid cr 82.5 mg. My concern is can I stop libotryp ds immediately and move on to tryptomer 50mg and pregabid cr 82.5 mg? Will there be any withdrawal symptoms for libotryp ds as it is a benzpdiazepine? Kindly advise. I am worried.

I am working as HR manager on daily basis i need to connect with many employees but when it comes to speak in front of more than 3-4 people i start feeling hopeless. my hands starts to shake my voice starts to shiver and my heart beats very fast. I tried practice everything speaking in front of mirror doing exercises before induction but nothing is helping me. This is affecting my career as when it comes to announce in front of 200+ employees i ask my junior to go and convey. I am not sure if it is a medical condition but it is getting worse day by day. please help.

I having mild fever from yestday and cold little dry caugh. I am having chest pain from yestday ngt when I was ready to sleep I felt left side chest pain and then felt very uncomfortable in centre of the chest and iwas having sharp pain all over my body one time it was on shoulder and next back and it was moving all over the body.i have history of anxiety hsed medication and now I stopped using. Even today thi body pain is there and left side chest pain is also there. This feeling in chest is not making me sleep. I was getting up immediately getting worried.is this because of anxiety or some viral fever

I am taking toplift50mg(desvenlafaxine)+etiz 0.5mg for last two years regularly.symptoms was stable so I replaced this medicines with desteyn-ER 50(Desvenlafaxine Extended).My second doctor recommended only Desvenlafaxine (desteyn-ER).Can I take eti 0.5 again with this new medicine without asking my second doctor. Please reply me
