How to switch antidepressants from escitaloprám 5mg to sertraline 25mg? Kindly please help. Thank you.

Currently I'm taking fluoxetine 80mg per day. Since 2 months but my mood hasn't improved much, im still demotivated and sad most of the time, earlier when I was taking amitriptyline 50mg my mood was better back then. What should I do? Can we change medicine?

I am diagnosed with severe ocd and take Prodep 60 once a day, and Resdone LS 1 tab at night.( I also have pcod,fatty liver and my maternal grandmother has diabetes and my father has high bp.) Right now i do not have any physical side effects except that i am thirsty more than normal. I am particularly worried about risk of diabetes and heart disease with Resdone.Is there any alternative to Resdone LS which works the same with no long term complications? I took Aripiprazole 5mg before but due to restlessness and agitation, was switched to Resdone.

Since May I have significantly low energy and motivation. I feel sleepy all the time, even after 3 cups of coffee. I did think this to be a physiological issue but I did a comprehensive blood work and everything seems fine. Hb was 14.6, thyroid levels were normal, vitamins looked fine. I wanted to ask can this be a psychological effect? I am thinking this because I have low energy only during working hours and studying hours but I don't feel low energy while socializing, hiking, going for walks etc. I would love to have some insights, my project is not stressful but I still tend to procrastinate because I feel sleepy all the time

I am unable to feel muscle tone in my head.I have intentionally twitched or pulled them in head to make shapes and mental images because of that i don't feel muscle tone.When muscle tone disappears i feel like wet sensation. I am ocd patient.I have tightness sometimes back of my head.Currently on uvox and arip .What is this condition called and how to restore muscle tone in head.

I am having medicines from past 4 years the name of the medicine are UVOX 50mg half at night,TRAZINE-H full at night,QUTAN 50 mg full at night I am suffering from hair loss are medicines causing it .If yes what can I do to prevent it .I have even suffered from stress related problems.Other than this I am having good food .
