I have been suffering from anxiety and depression since last 5 years Now a days feeling weakness  along with pain in legs and sometime entire body

I have been experiencing too much anxiety these days. I am not able to concentrate at all. I'm not able to study. And I'm not even able to eat properly. I am having constant headache which comes and goes. What should I do?

I am 29 year old suffering with anxiety from one year.recently I stopped using medicines.i started to have chest pain and heart paltipulations.recently I am suddenly waking up in middle of night and not getting sleep again my mind is getting active and feeling like having chest pain and paltipulations.i was fearing if I was having heart attack.morning times I was fine only night time this is happening.what to do my doc said to continue nexito ls.is this happening because I stopped medicine.sjould I have to use nexito again or is there any other way to get out of this.i am not stressing about anything now even tough why this is happening to me.without sleep I am getting weak
